Position: Executive – Marketing

Job role / responsibilities

• Providing ground levels inputs and logistics for execution of new market entry strategiesdefined by Head - Marketing

• Execution of various events, promotions, for brand building initiated by the company fromtime to time

• Initiating market research and intelligence studies across new sectors and geographies asdefined by business growth plans and conducting its analysis and rolling out location specificmarketing plans based on the research data

• Creating various sales promotion schemes based on the market requirements and providingdocumentation support to channel Sales teams for their rollout

• Executing and providing support to Sales teams on their lead generation initiatives andensuring adequate returns on lead generation budgets

• Identifying vendors at all company locations and coordinating with them to fulfill marketingcollaterals requirements for their respective regions

• Managing logistics for ensuring availability of marketing collaterals at all stockists,distributors, agents and retailers locations and all concerned employees on a timely basis

• Understanding specific requirements of channel sales teams at various regions andcustomizing marketing plans to suit their requirements on a periodic basis

• Understanding requirements of other functions and providing first level inputs, support andinterventions to them for meeting their branding related needs

• Coordinating with media agencies for any brand building initiatives rolled out by thecompany from time to time and ensuring that all commitments made by them areimplemented

• Identifying various internal and external communication needs for the business andproviding direction to team/vendors and validation and review of the existingcommunication initiatives

• Monitoring presence of Aartech brand on social media websites and identifying andexecuting activities for improvement of its recall and mindshare with concernedstakeholders

• Gathering data from various sources for mapping product movement and market share forincorporation in their analysis from time to time

• Monitoring currency and updation of information available on corporate website on a dailybasis based on specific business developments

• Providing inputs to sales team for monitoring standards of brand logos, signage etc as percorporate norms and verifying the same from time to time and resolving any issuesidentified by them

• Scheduling and enabling conduct of surveys to assess customer satisfaction with theproducts and analyzing their findings and highlighting possible issues related to the same

• Taking corrective actions to address issues highlighted through the customer surveys
